At first, it was the fear of taking on bigger projects, So, I kept taking mini projects convincing myself nothing better will come along

Then the admin — invoices, tracking delivery and scheduling, getting home at 2 am, and convincing myself that's the job so the burnouts are normal.

I had built a good team and my portfolio looked good but the imposter syndrome started.
